We are aware of an issue in the customer portal while trying to purchase DID numbers from some cities, some of them will show the word "deprecated" or not have numbers available.

One of our upstream carriers is currently experiencing an issue affecting Local US DID number orders for some rate centers, US Toll-Free number orders, and Custom/Vanity Toll-Free number orders. This may cause different Error responses when ordering one of the mentioned numbers. We are diligently communicating with our carrier to solve this as soon as possible.
