Bell is still investigating this morning, as one connection in the region remains down.
Multiple connections remain in-service from repairs Bell completed yesterday, so affected traffic remains partially restored.
Official ETR for this last connection is currently "unknown", we will advise as updates become available.

Bell has provided an update that repairs are partially completed, we are seeing affected traffic on some of these impacted connections returning.

While affected traffic on these impacted connections has been partially restored, their official ETR for finalizing repairs is now "end of day".

Please be advised that Bell has yet to complete the repairs pertaining to this ongoing outage, caused by cablecut. Bell has reported that the "Cable theft common fault" is still active at their cable department.

The new ETR status is "unknown", and we are continuing to follow this issue closely.

Bell is still working to resolve the outage affecting Woodstock traffic at this time.They have also reported that the official cause is "Cable cut"
