    We will be performing scheduled maintenance to improve the performance and accuracy of our Call Transcription services.

    • What's happening?

    We're making important updates behind the scenes to support upcoming enhancements and new features.

    The maintenance will begin on Wednesday, June 18, at 9 am EST and is expected to take up to 9 hours.

    • Impact on Services

    The Call Transcription feature will remain available during this time, though some recent records may experience a short delay before appearing in the system.
