    This maintenance will have the following impact:

    • There is no impact to 9-1-1 call delivery

    • Provisioning via Customer Portal or API may experience issues during the 5-hour window

Montreal Servers Connectivity

    Our server provider identified and resolved an issue with their internet-routing infrastructure. As of this moment, we received confirmation that connectivity is fully restored. Please reach out to technical support if you continue to experience any issue.

    We are currently aware of a network issue affecting the connectivity of all our Montreal Servers.

    You may experience issues like dropped calls, choppy voices, silence, busy tone, calls won’t connect, high latency or intermittent connectivity with the server.

    We reached our provider to learn more about this issue and push for a solution.

    One of our upstream carriers is currently experiencing an issue affecting incoming calls to local DID numbers from the region of Quebec. You may experience issues like silence, dropped calls, or with connectivity while calling your DIDs.

    At this time, the affected services (Call Detail Records, Account Balance, and Transcriptions) are back to their normal behavior.

    Our Tampa-2 server will undergo maintenance during a period of time estimated at 3 hours. This maintenance is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, December 19th from 00:00 to 03:00 EST.

    During this maintenance window, the server will not be available for a period of 30 minutes to 3 hours and calls will be re-routed through a backup server. Our apologies for any inconvenience you may experience as a result

    On Wednesday, December 13th, one of our major Canada carriers will be performing maintenance works in one of their main switches serving the areas of Montreal. The total operational window for the maintenance is scheduled from 1:00 am to 2:00 am EST, however, the impact is expected to be for 10 minutes during which, incoming calls to DID numbers from previously mentioned areas may not complete properly.
