- Access to past transcriptions via both the portal and the API will be temporarily unavailable.

    We are aware of some reports from users having issues connecting calls to our DID numbers while calling from Telus Mobile service.

    We are in close communication with our carrier to learn about any updates from Telus.

    Our Montreal-1 to Montreal-8 servers (Montreal-4 is not affected) will undergo a datacenter maintenance during a period of time estimated at 4 hours. This maintenance is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, October 9th from 02:00 to 06:00 EDT.

    During this maintenance window, the servers will not be available and calls will be re-routed through a backup server. Our apologies for any inconvenience you may experience as a result.
