    We identified an error in the Call Detail Record process that was preventing the Customer Portal CDR from being updated.

    The issue has been identified and corrected, and additional measures have been implemented to help prevent it from happening again.

    No data was lost. The Customer CDR is currently up to date and functioning properly.
