    We identified a problem with our SMS/MMS SIP service that could cause delayed or failed outbound messages and brief service disruption. We applied a fix and confirmed is working again.

    We are aware of an issue affecting the SMS/MMS service via SIP (softphone applications) and SMPP. The messaging service is still available via email, web portal and API. Our engineering team is already working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
