As a result of the issue affecting the functionality of the Call Detail Records, we confirm that at this moment Account Balance and Transcription services (Calls / Voicemail / Conference) are not getting updated in real-time.

Once the issue is fully resolved, the deposits and transcriptions will be updated accordingly.
