    Our emergency service provider continues to investigate. Our emergency service provider has been validated to be working as designed. No additional affected PSAPs have been identified. Ticket has been opened with the circuit provider(s). Alternate routing has been identified and implementation is in progress. Mitigation efforts continue. Incident Command will continue to request hourly updates from the circuit provider(s). Next update will be provided in one hour or when more information becomes available.
