    One of our upstream carriers is currently experiencing an issue affecting Local US DID number orders for some rate centers, US Toll-Free number orders, and Custom/Vanity Toll-Free number orders. This may cause different Error responses when ordering one of the mentioned numbers. We are diligently communicating with our carrier to solve this as soon as possible.

    One of our upstream carriers is currently experiencing an issue affecting incoming calls to local DID numbers from Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. You may experience issues like silence, dropped calls, or with connectivity while calling your DIDs. We are diligently working with our carrier in order to restore the service as soon as possible.

    We have verified that the reported issues have been successfully resolved. As a result, the rerouting process has been cancelled. Should you encounter any further issues, please don't hesitate to contact our technical support team for assistance.

    We reached our provider to learn more about this issue and push for a solution.
