We would like to inform you that the maintenance being carried out by one of our upstream providers is still in progress, and as of now, the Chicago servers (1–4) remain unavailable.
Although the original window was scheduled to end at 5:00 PM EST, the work has taken longer than expected due to unforeseen complications on the provider’s side. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
To minimize service impact, calls continue to be rerouted through backup systems, and we are actively monitoring the situation in close contact with the provider.
What we’re doing:
• Working closely with the upstream provider to expedite resolution
• Monitoring failover systems to ensure call traffic remains stable
• Committed to providing updates as soon as new information becomes available
We understand the importance of service availability and deeply regret the disruption caused.

On Wednesday, September 17, one of our infrastructure providers will perform maintenance to consolidate and optimize the data center where some of our servers are hosted.
As part of this work, the following servers will be temporarily powered down:
• Chicago-1
• Chicago-2
• Chicago-3
• Chicago-4
The maintenance window is scheduled from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
During this time, these servers will be unavailable, and all associated traffic will be rerouted through backup systems to minimize service disruption.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
