    Geographic Area and/or PSAPs Potentially Affected: 

    FCC ID 3978 - Calhoun County 911-E, MS, 9-digit ID# 280130001

     

    Impact of the issue: 

    Our emergency service provider continues to investigate. Their Circuit provider has reported no change in status. Alternate routing is not available for the remaining PSAP(s).

    Incident Command will continue to request hourly updates from the circuit provider(s). Next update will be provided in 24 hours or when more information becomes available.

     

    We’ll continue providing updates regularly and as soon as they become available.

    Impact of the issue: 

    Our emergency service provider Incident Team continues to investigate. Our emergency service provider peering components have been validated to be working as designed. No additional affected PSAPs have been identified. Ticket with circuit provider has been escalated to the next level. Alternate routing is not available for the remaining PSAP(s).

    Incident Command will continue to request hourly updates from the circuit provider(s). Next update will be provided in 24 hours or when more information becomes available.

    Impact of the issue: 

    PSAP unable to display address and/or latitude and longitude data, PSAP unable to retrieve ANI, pANI is not being delivered to the PSAP, preventing the PSAP to bid for location information, Calls may be failing over to PSAP’s 10-Digit 24x7 administrative line
