    Impact of the issue: 

    The ticket with the circuit provider has been escalated to the next level. Mitigation efforts continue. Calls destined for Warren Township Police, NJ are being answered by Somerset County Communications, NJ.  
    Incident Command will continue to request hourly updates from the circuit provider(s). Next update will be provided in 24 hours or when more information becomes available.

    Impact of the issue: 

    Our emergency service provider has confirmed ANI/ALI is displaying as expected. The peering components have been validated to be working as designed. No additional affected PSAPs have been identified. Ticket has been opened with the circuit provider(s). Alternate routing is not available. Calls destined for Warren Township Police, NJ are being answered by Somerset County Communications, NJ.

    We're making important updates behind the scenes to support upcoming enhancements and new features.

    The maintenance will begin on Wednesday, June 18, at 9 am EST and is expected to take up to 9 hours.

    • Impact on Services

    The Call Transcription feature will remain available during this time, though some recent records may experience a short delay before appearing in the system.
